Qball is a throwable microphone to use in the classroom. This microphone fits neatly in a foam ball that students will be able to toss to each other. My students will be actively engaged in meaningful lessons when their voices are heard. This will be a unique way for all students, even the quiet ones, to get excited about lessons and for me to check for their understanding. Students will be able to ask and answer questions in the microphone then toss the ball to the next person. Students love it when learning feels like playing. I’m always looking for ways to make learning enjoyable, and being able to toss a ball in class is something they will enjoy for sure. This activity will also get the students out of their seats and moving while learning.
